Project Management

Creating a full-cycle learning experience can be a complex process with a lot of moving pieces and considerations!  Knowledge of project management tools, theories, and processes can help an instructional designer (and their team!) stay organized and productive!

Collaborative Project Management Plan

As part of a learning design team, I helped to create a learning experience for an imaginary non-profit to help them better communicate with volunteers.

This design experience included the creation of a project management plan (PMP), which detailed numerous components including a budget, scope, timelines, and risk assessment.

I assisted with the creation of this plan by creating the budget and the roles and responsibilities.  As an active team member, I helped to edit and finalize all other sections.

This document demonstrates my knowledge and experience with creating a PMP.

Consultancy Scope of Work and Client Agreement Form

In my creation of an onboarding course for my current company, I created a small project management plan, outlining the scope of work, timelines, and expectations.

This plan demonstrates my ability to create a PMP independently and to acknowledge the importance of creating a detailed document.
